plant in Iowa. The plant is Certified
Organic, Kosher, and Halal.
We have completed an GMA SAFE audit and passed stringent quality control
inspections by some of the world’s
leading food and cosmetic companies.
Clarkson
Soy Products’ line of organic soy- based products - meals, flours,
and refined oils - evolved as a natural continuation of this focus
and commitment to organic ingredients. Intensive research and product
development led to the first 100% organic standardized fluid
lecithin available in the U.S. We have continued to be the
leader in organic soy lecithins and have introduced PC 1000, Bleached
Lecithin and a Dry Blend Lecithin to support a variety
of product applications.

Grain Co., Inc. headquartered in Cerro Gordo, Illinois. Clarkson
Grain provides IP and organic
grains and oilseeds to the food and feed industries.
Clarkson Grain has soybean cleaning, storage and roasting facilities
and a barge loading station in Beardstown, Illinois. It has corn cleaning facilities in Cerro Gordo.
Long before the organic movement became an organic industry, Clarkson
Grain was working with organic buyers to build and integrate a reliable
supply system with farmers committed to organic farming as well as
IP (identity preserved) farmers transitioning to organic.
Clarkson
Grain contracts with farmers for production of specific hybrids/varieties
of organic grains and oil seeds. Clarkson Grain has been supplying
grains and oilseeds since 1978 and organic grains and oilseeds since
1991.
