Organic lecithin is used in a wide range of food, feed and personal care products.  

Lecithin is used as an emulsifier; a release agent; a dispersing, wetting and instantizing agent; a fat replacer/extender, and and as antioxidant.

Our original organic soy lecithin sets the standard for certified organic fluid soy lecithin. For use in most applications. Available in 10 lb. buckets, 50 lb. pails, and 450 lb. drums.

For products requiring a lower microbial count. Ideal for for personal care products. Available in 10 lb. buckets, 50 lb. pails, and 450 lb. drums.

Bleached Organic Soy Lecithin:
Bleached lecithin is functionally identical to unbleached lecithin. It differs only in color and is used in applications where a lighter color is desired. Available in 10 lb. buckets, 50 lb. pails, and 450 lb. drums.

Dry Blend Organic Soy Lecithin:
For some products and applications, a dry lecithin blend may be more convenient. For these products and situations, we offer a dry blend organic soy lecithin. It contains no acetone, a volatile solvent used in producing non-organic dry lecithin. Available in 20 lb. pails and 100 lb. drums.
